Braden Tice '10

pictureBraden Tice, Class of 2010, is recognized as one of the finest two-sport athletes in Badger history. Braden was a 3 year varsity starter on the gridiron and a 4 year varsity starter on the hardcourt. As a    football player, Braden was a 3 time Southern Lakes 1st Team All Conference defensive back, 2 time All County, 2 time All Region and 2 time 1st Team All State defensive back. He still holds the Badger High School football record with 27 total varsity takeaways. In basketball, Braden was a 4 year starter and 4 year letterwinner. During those 4 years, he was a 3 time Southern Lakes All Conference performer, 2 time All County selection and named to the All Region team during his senior year leading the team to the WIAA State Tournament in Madison. Braden continued his athletic career at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he was a 4 year member of the men’s basketball team, starting every game during his sophomore through senior year. He had a collegiate high 24 points against UW-Eau Claire during the 2012-13 season. Braden graduated from La Crosse with a degree in physical and health education and continues to give back to Badger High School as a physical education teacher. Braden currently resides in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

Inducted into the Badger Athletic Wall of Fame in 2021.
