David Jooss, Class of 1999, was a three-sport standout in soccer, basketball, and baseball, earning nine varsity letters during his high school career. He was a three-year letter winner in all three sports and was named captain of all three his senior year.
David was a 1st Team All-Conference selection his senior year in soccer and baseball. It was in basketball that he truly was a standout. He was a 1st Team All-Conference selection in both his Junior and Senior year and was also selected to the WBCA All-Star Team in 1999.
He helped lead the Badgers to the 1999 WIAA State Basketball Tournament and was selected as a Honorable Mention All-State player. David was named the American Legion Athlete of the Year for Badger High School his senior year. Upon graduation, he played four years of basketball at Carroll College and ended his career as the 5th all-time assist leader at Carroll.
David resides in Lake Geneva and is the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Badger High School
