Visual Arts Competition

The Visual Arts Competition is an opportunity for students who are intensely interested in art. Students currently taking upper-level art classes are invited by the art instructors to participate in a variety of regional, state and national art competitions. Students work to create original works of art in the areas of drawing, painting, illustration, photography, art metals and jewelry, stained glass, ceramics, pottery, and sculpture.  Finished works are selected and  submitted to multiple art competitions. These competitions offer recognition, awards, and also include scholarship opportunities.
