Forensics
High School Forensics is competitive public speaking. Tournaments are typically on Saturdays with practices/feedback sessions held once a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, OR Thursday) after school. Team members compete in one category (17 offered) in the areas of informative/persuasive speaking, acting, and interpretive reading. Badger High School always fields a large and successful team and attends both WISDAA and WFCA sponsored events. Timeframe: Speech category selection and initial preparation begins in mid-December. Tournament season (8-10 on average) runs from late-January to start of April.
