Workout Club
Badger Workout Club is a group of students who are interested in staying in shape in a non-traditional way. Our members focus on Self-Defense, Plyometrics, Yoga, and Strength and Conditioning. It is our goal that members will obtain a high level of physical fitness, greater sense of community, and deeper understanding of their great potential and personal responsibility. All members must agree to maintain and/or improve their school attendance and participation, and must regularly attend workouts, must be supportive of each other. No cost. Co-Ed. Location: across from the Lake Geneva Middle School [white church building]. Timeframe: September to June.
Times: School Year: Tuesdays 3:15-4:15 p.m.
Fridays 6:15—7:00 a.m.
Summer Wednesdays 7:00—8:00 p.m.

Goals:
It is the hope that members of the Badger Workout Club will obtain a high level of physical fitness, a greater sense of community, and deeper understanding of personal responsibility and potential.
Members:
-All members must agree to maintain and/or improve their school attendance and participation.
-All members must agree to regularly attend workouts.
-All members must agree to be supportive of each other.
-All second-year members must be passing all their classes or have a signed lab attendance for a failing class prior to that day's workout.
Types of Workouts:
-Self-defense: Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon do, Aikido
-Plyometrics
-Strength Training
-Yoga
Standard Workout:
-10 minutes check-in and warm-up
-40 minutes of Self-Defense, Plyometrics, Weight Training and Stretching
-10 minute check-out
Membership: MEMBERSHIP FORM
-$0 (no cost to you)
-$5.00 if you want supervisor to purchase hand wraps for you
-Changing area and bathroom facility will be available.
-Membership is a privilege. It can be canceled at any time.

Across from the Lake Geneva Middle School. it is in the old white church building. We share the building with another group. Our half of the building is on the North End and is entered through the double-doors near the parking lot.
Items to Bring:
Athletic clothes, athletic shoes, water bottle, sweat towel.
**Bus can take you home after practice on Mondays at 5:30**
