What if high school was more than just four years of preparation for college and career? What if high school and college took place simultaneously? And what if you could leave high school with skills for immediate employment?

INTRODUCING THE ACADEMIES OF BADGER

In alignment with our goal of improved student achievement through enhanced curriculum offerings, we are pleased to introduce The Academies of Badger, dual enrollment programs to prepare students for careers and college.

Each Academy pathway consists of a series of dual enrollment Transcripted Credit, VanGUARD, Start College Now, and Advanced Placement courses that carry high school and college credit which is transferable to pathway specific, Wisconsin 4-year public and private universities.

Through the Academies of Badger, students will be able to complete 6-32 credits toward a post-secondary degree at little to no charge to them while earning their high school diploma.

The Academies of Badger classes are inclusive to all students.

*Tuition and book fees are paid by Badger High School. Fees students may incur include AP Exam fees and project fees currently associated with Badger classes.

Earning college credits in high school saves students time and money!
Students who participate in The Academies of Badger can earn 6-36 credits, depending on their program saving time and money in college. For students entering the workforce directly after high school, The Academies have embedded industry recommended credentials that enhance resume skills and may entitle employees to higher pay.
